SHOP POLICIES

As soon as an order is placed it is processed in our system and therefore cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you are unsure about something please reach out via Instagram DMs or email us at thaleiajewelry@gmail.com

We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time, but if you have any issues with your order please contact us. 

Thaleia is not responsible for items once they are shipped out.

SHIPPING

Most pieces are shipped out within 2-3 business days. Made to order pieces have a turn around time of roughly 2 weeks. 

All orders are shipped out using Canada Post from Toronto, Ontario. 

We currently ship to Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand, UK, EU and Japan.

Please get in touch if you would like to place an order but your country is not listed. We may still be able to ship to you!

Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout with the exception of Australia. We offer a flat rate of $25 for tracked shipping to Australia to help keep rates low.

Only tracked international shipping is currently offered to ensure your packages arrive safely, however please feel free to get in touch if you would like to opt for non tracked economy international shipping at your own risk. 

CUSTOMS

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
