Shipping + Policies

Thaleia is based in Toronto, Ontario. I ship all orders with Canada Post (with the exception of US orders. See below) using tracked shipping.

Most pieces are shipped out within 1-3 business days.

Made to order pieces have a turn around time of roughly 3-4 weeks. 

I currently ship to Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand, UK, the EU, Switzerland & Japan . I am adding new countries to this list regularly. Please get in touch if you would like to place an order but your country is not listed. I may still be able to ship to you!

SHIPPING RATES:

Canada: $15 CAD or FREE on orders $350 CAD & up.

USA: $20 CAD or FREE on orders $350 CAD & up for a limited time. US orders ship via Purolator which gets handed over to UPS once it arrives in the US. Tariffs at your own risk.

Australia: $25 CAD or FREE on orders over $495 CAD

New Zealand: $25 CAD

UK: $20 CAD

EU: $20 CAD

Switzerland: Calculated at checkout.

Japan: Calculated at checkout.

All shipping comes with tracking.

SHOP POLICIES

I do not accept returns or exchanges but if you have any issues with your order please reach out.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. 

Thaleia is not responsible for items once they are shipped out.
