SHOP POLICIES

As soon as an order is placed it is processed in our system and therefore cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you are unsure about something please reach out via Instagram DMs or email.

We do not accept returns or exchanges at this time, but if you have any issues with your order please contact us. 

Thaleia Jewelry is not responsible for items once they are shipped out.

SHIPPING

All orders are shipped out using Canada Post.

Due to Covid-19, shipping timeframes are not guaranteed.

Domestic (Canada) orders
- Expedited Parcel: 2-7 business days (tracking & insurance included).
- Xpresspost: 1-2 business days (tracking & insurance included).

USA orders 
- Tracked Packet USA: 4-7 business days. 
- Xpresspost USA: 2-3 business days. 

International orders
- Tracked Packet International: 6-10 business days.
- Xpresspost International: 4-7 business days.

Only tracked international shipping is currently offered to ensure your packages arrive safely however you may contact us if you would like to opt for non tracked economy international shipping. 

CUSTOMS

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
