SHIPPING

Thaleia is based in Toronto, Ontario and we ship all orders with Canada Post using tracked shipping.

Most pieces are shipped out within 2-3 business days.

Made to order pieces have a turn around time of roughly 2-3 weeks. 

We currently ship to Canada, USA, Australia, New Zealand, UK, the EU and Japan.
Please get in touch if you would like to place an order but your country is not listed. We may still be able to ship to you!

Shipping rates:

Canada: Calculated at checkout or FREE over $350
USA: $15 CAD or FREE over $350
Australia: $25 CAD
New Zealand: $25 CAD
UK: $20 CAD
EU: $20 CAD
Japan: Calculated at checkout

SHOP POLICIES

As soon as an order is placed it is processed in our system and therefore cannot be cancelled or refunded. If you are unsure about something please reach out via Instagram DMs @thaleiabytala or send an email to thaleiajewelry@gmail.com

We do not accept returns or exchanges but if you have any issues with your order please reach out.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. 

Thaleia is not responsible for items once they are shipped out.
